I've been making the same pie crust for years. I guess I should branch out and try something new but this recipe is easy and good and it doesn't require a rolling pin.
Mix in pie pan:
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 tbsp cold milk
Pat into shape.
